Integration of standard components into complete IT solutions

The goal of every IT solution is to efficiently accomplish a task. In order to accomplish a complex task in a company, often many different working processes are required. Standard IT systems only meet the requirements of one or a few particular working processes, but not of all of them. This is why often several IT systems are used side by side within a company, resulting in problems with regard to managing these systems (know-how) as well as the interfaces connecting these systems.

Much information is transferred manually from one system to the other and often alterations or additions are made to them in the process. This is where errors can occur and where processes become in transparent and incomprehensible.
