Our SLA addresses your complete solution und therefore includes third-party software components and services as well as system interfaces, customer-specific data and extensions.

In case of a problem arising in a complex business solution, it is often difficult to find the cause, to find the responsibility for the solution and what the solution itself could be.

With our SLA we stand at your side, competent and comprehensive – as a direct contact (first-level) for your users or as assistance for your internal support (second-level).

Our support hotline receives your requests, provides information for the systems in use, co-ordinates the troubleshooting with the manufacturers or service providers and directly forwards solutions to the users.
