Teamcenter Content Management (CMM) expands Teamcenter to a high-performance content management solution and provides a powerful cooperation platform for the creation of Technical Documentation. On this platform, authors can work together globally. Proof-readers, engineers, translation offices and other participants can be directly involved in the documentation process. Teamcenter CMM uses XML and SGML for storing contents in a media and software independent way. For this reason, contents can easily be exchanged and further processed with other systems. Teamcenter features interfaces to standard authoring tools such as the XMetaL editor and therefore provides a comprehensive and innovative solution for Technical Documentation.
