We support young talents

For several years, KGU-Consulting GmbH has invested in the practical education of university and college students during the course of their studies. Our motivation for this is to support young people to break ground for their professional careers. We consider it important to show attractive career prospects with a healthy degree of challenges and interesting tasks in a Flensburg company with an international clientele and projects. Our aim is to get highly qualified experts who recognise the career opportunities in our region and not, like so many others, shift the centre of their lives to industrial urban centres.

The availability of experts in the region is a central basis for the existence of our enterprise. Without the correct degree of flexible and innovative young talents, we are not able to meet the increasing market requirements and our customers' high expectations in full.

For example, Andrej Ott studied Business Information Technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Flensburg and already established initial contact to us during his studies within the course of a 6-month industrial placement. After this industrial placement, KGU-Consulting took over the gifted young computer scientist as a works student and Andrej Ott wrote his Bachelor of Arts thesis within the scope of his work at KGU.

Mr Ott now has a permanent work contract as a software developer which started on March 01, 2011 and he supports our product development to improve the user friendliness of our Translation Management System.  Mr Ott's development symbolises a typical career at KGU. Mutual satisfaction – by employer and employee – low fluctuation confirms the success of our concept for young talents.
